Maryanne and Kayla Marie's Plant Pest Solution
Hello
We are two students from Room 3, Waimea Intermediate - Kayla
Marie and Maryanne. For our school topic sustainability we have been studying
New Zealand plant pests.
Firstly we had to learn about the problem. We wrote five
quality questions, and then answered two. We had to also find a diagram that
teaches the viewer something.
We had to come up with five creative solutions to decrease New
Zealand plant pests. We would like to share our best solution with you. It is:
Taint the dandelions with poison so when it spreads it kills the weeds. It’s
scientifically engineered so that it kills weeds but not ‘good’ plants.
